Anybody know of this game?

There’s this old robot game i’m looking for that was available for the Sega Genesis. You could customize your robot before you started playing the game, and the intro featured this ship going through space that was eventually struck down. It later showed a heart rate monitor fail, then restart with square pulses as opposed to the triangular ones.

I lost the game!
I’m not sure if this is correct sense, I don’t have the game but, You got thinking that’s the game Custom Robo when you hit the phrase "Make your own Robot before the game” so, I’m thinking it’s Custom Robo. Tell me if I’m right. BYE!!!
