Should I Fire my doctors?

Me and my hubby are ttc , but my doctor keeps stalling us .. I have been in and out of cardiologist offices, about three months ago I went to get my normal annual check up, they were taking my pulse and the nurse tells me I have an irregular pulse rate… Freaked me out… So I was sent for an emergency EKG, the results came back a week later saying that abnormalities were spotted. So they hooked me up with a holter monitor for 48 hours, well I guess that came out bad too because last week I was sent for another EKG, Echo Stress Test . I have an appointment for a very invasive procedure… These people want to put s catheter through my groin area all the way to the heart… I was not told of this procedure until I got a call from cardiology rescheduling my appoinment I was shocked due to the fact no one called me and told me I had this crap to be done .. I feel like as the patient I should be aware of what their plans are… They’re always saying it’s a simple procedure( after I drove to the hospital to get the next appointment date) i always think of course it’s simple for you , your not the one they’re talking about causing a heart attack on purpose… My question is should I have this procedure when their not even sure what’s wrong with my heart? I’m 25, their youngest cardiologist patient .. My dactor keeps telling me to wait until they get to the bottom of my heart problem… I refuse to wait, I’m still ttc, my husband is scared, I’m not… I feel like they are stalling for some reason… I was thinking about changing doctors but these people are supposed to be the best… I feel I can still do whatever heart test they want while at the same time have a baby…. Do you think I’m paranoid?

Should I continue on my heart medications?

Two years ago I had a heart attack after mountain climbing. . I felt weak and broke out in sweat. I was advised to see a Dr. A 10 mm clot had lodged in my chest and was removed. The Dr. put in a stint and put me on Zocor, Plavix, Tenormin and Prinivil.
Through an odd set of circumstances I was separated from my cardio medications and cell phone before getting snowed in for a week. I did however have my blood pressure monitor. For the first three days I watched as my blood pressure was going through the roof. It peaked at 215/97 with a pulse rate of 74.
To my amazement it then started dropping over the next four days and it and is now reading 132/72 with a pulse rate of 62. I am back home now but wondering why I would want to go back on these medications? I actually feel better now then when I was taking them. Before my attack my blood pressure was always 110-120/70-75 with a pulse rate around 65-70. I am tempted to stay off the meds for a few more days to see where it levels out. If it helps, when they did the surgery, the exam showed "light platelet build up" on my heart valves.

      heart monitor for exercising?

I am losing weight, eating right, saying my prayers, but im not exercising like I should. Reason? I have a worry I am going to give myself a heart attack.

So question is this, what is a good heart monitor I could wear keep track of my heart rate while I am exercising? I know a lot of people say "Count your pulse", but I heard that it can be flawed. With my weight, I must be very careful.

Good heart monitor. And cheap as possible! :)
